Lang Carpet was contacted concerning this custom rug that a very curious puppy clawed through. Fortunately, the client kept their carpet sample and one of our repair experts was able to remove the damage, discreetly patch the section using the provided sample and finally reinforce the rug backing to strengthen the area.
