Lang Carpet was contacted concerning this custom rug that a very curious puppy clawed through. Fortunately, our customer kept their carpet sample and one of our repair experts were able to remove the damage, discreetly patch the section using the provided swatch and finally reinforce the rug backing to strengthen the area.
