Lang Carpet is a family business dedicated to excellent customer service, and has been since our founding in 1900.
You’ll always find a member of the family at Lang Carpet. We are hands-on owners who care about the quality of the carpets and rugs we sell and clean. For over 123 years the Lang Family has been delivering distinguished service and products to our customers. We offer exceptional cleaning and repair services, as well as our retail rug and carpeting showroom. In our over 4,000 square foot showroom, designers and homeowners alike are able to select unique rugs and carpeting in addition to custom designs for their spaces.
About the Owner
Thomas Lang is the 4th generation of Lang family members to own and operate Lang Carpet. Tom was born and raised in Wilmington, Delaware, the youngest of three children. Tom began working at Lang Carpet at the age of 16, later taking over the business from his father, H. Vaughn Lang Jr.. Tom has been devoted to honesty, integrity, and customer satisfaction at Lang Carpet ever since.

Josh Crouchelli – General Manager
Josh is respected by the carpet industry as an expert in the categories of maintenance, installation and rug cleaning. Josh is a certified flooring installer with 30 years of relevant experience. He now runs the day to day operations for Lang Carpet while performing extraordinary customer satisfaction.
Zac Conrad – Showroom Manager/Creative Director
Zac is a result-driven sales professional with over 10 years of experience in customer relations. He is extremely knowledgeable in oriental rugs and carpeting while delivering exceptional customer service. Zac oversees showroom activity and conducts all social media platforms and marketing concepts.
Nancy Stalloni – Senior Sales Consultant
Nancy is a highly-motivated sales professional with 30 + years of experience in providing expert knowledge in high-end carpeting. Over the years, Nancy has become extremely reputable in the design community. Nancy specializes in ensuring the accuracy and quality of her clients needs.
Ellen Callaghan – Office Administrator
Ellen has been delivering exceptional customer service for Lang Carpet over the last 6 years. Her drive for office procedures and organizational skills ensures smooth operations. Ellen provides timely, accurate and meaningful answers while assuring a flawless customer experiences.
